The most time consuming part was cubing the pork loin. After that it was simply label the bag (I added the cooking instructions on it with a Sharpie), dump in the ingredients, remove the air and seal.
I was able to finish six meals in under thirty minutes....despite three phone calls and this:
Here's what I ended up with.....as well as my minimal mess:
Not too shabby. If you include my clean up time - putting things away and loading the dishwasher - it's still under forty minutes.

I need to do some pork meals. Thanks for the recipes.
ReplyDeletei'm always looking for new crock pot recipes, especially pork! Going to copy these...thanks!!
ReplyDeleteI never thought to do it that way. Great idea to buy a large piece of meat and bag it.
ReplyDeleteI always wait until whole pork loins are on sale for under $2/#. Then I usually have one cut by the butcher into chops and leave the other one whole. I'll usually chop it into 3-4 roast. Apparently, I was busy this shopping day b/c I found the whole 10 pounds in it's original package from the store. You'll have days like that....
