Homemade Pepperoni Rolls.

I searched my blog to see if I had already shared this recipe.  Looks like I promised to share this with you back in October 2011.....and never did.

No time like the present.

The pepperoni roll is a North central WV favorite.  You can find them in gas stations as well as restaurants.  They're the perfect food to take on the go as they need no refrigeration.  Most of all, they're delicious!

This is so simple, I almost hate to call it a recipe.

You'll need:

Pepperoni - sticks or slices.
Dough - frozen, bread machine, homemade....any kind will do.

Grease a 9x13 pan with butter or spray with cooking spray.

Pull off about a palm sized piece of dough and flatten.

Add pepperoni and wrap dough around until pepperoni is enclosed.

Add to your pan.  When pan is full, let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done.

Today's were made quick and easy with frozen dough and stick pepperoni.

Still delicious!

Love stick pepperoni but it's hard to find in the Deep South and I forgot to bring some back with me from WV. So for now, slices will have to do.
