Here's my Saturday so far:
Slept in until 8am.
Fixed brunch.
Made an ice cream cake.
Cleaned my kitchen.
Washed some laundry.
Trimmed and dressed a goat's hoof.
Sure, that seems like a normal Saturday.
I'm off to move the boys bedrooms.

hey charli. I cannot find an email for you to send you the recipe. I don't know why you are seeing green. My pages are coming up normal. So I have cut and pasted the recipe here for you. Hope you had a great weekend. Talk to you soon. ~Liz
General Tso's Chicken
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken, in bite-sized pieces ( I use thighs)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 eggs
1/2 cup cornstarch
oil, for frying
Sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tsp (or to taste) red pepper flake
Directions
In a zip-lock bag, combine marinade and chicken. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. While marinating, assemble rest of ingredients (except chilies) and combine in a bowl.
After marinating, fry chicken and drain. Keep warm.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until the cornstarch is combined; add to the skillet and bring to a boil and reduce heat. Mixture should thicken up a bit.
Return the chicken to the skillet and heat through.
