Last night I grilled some chicken. Nothing earth shattering. Just chicken. But this time I added honey to my Italian dressing marinade. Oh. My. Goodness. It tasted a lot like Cracker Barrel's grilled chicken. The plates, they were licked clean.
The best part about it is that it's quick & easy. My favorite kind of recipe.
Here's what you need:
Boneless skinless chicken tenders
Italian dressing
Honey
Put everything in a bowl or baggie and let it marinate for a few hours. Then simply remove from marinade and grill until done. I served it with cheesy broccoli, carrots and whole wheat rolls. I know this isn't rocket science, but this is the first time I thought of adding honey to it and it was so much better. Hope you like it too.

I've made this meal to take to other moms post baby or in the hospital recently and they have all loved it. It also reheats well.
