Let the sales begin!

It's almost time for yard sales.  I've been having a little withdraw over the winter.  My friend Selena posted on her blog, Campbell Clan, about the great deals she picked up at Goodwill last week.

I had to check it out.  You know.....in the interest of frugal blogging.

Here's what I found:

1 set of lace curtains (2 panels)
1 Chaps button up shirt for Ronnie
1 Geoffery Bean shirt for Ronnie
1 WVU T for Ronnie
1 pair brown dress socks
1 orange Starter soccer short size 6
1 Osh Kosh camo short size 6
1 OP button up shirt size S
1 Gap T size S
1 Sonic T (not my choice - Josh begged for this)
1 gray Nike hoodie size M
1 red Gap hoodie size M
1 skate board

Grand total:  $23.72

They were having a sale where you picked an egg from the basket to find out your percentage off your purchase.  I got an extra 15% off.

Not as great as most yard sale prices, but I'm still pleased.  You can't tell from the picture, but the curtains are gorgeous.  I think I'm going to use them in my dining room when I finally get it painted.

Yard sales beware......I'm on my way.

You're welcome. I wouldn't have bothered going to Goodwill if I hadn't seen your finds!

Great finds! My Goodwill doesn't do the egg discount thingy, but on Wed. if your 55 or older you get a percentage off. I went to my first yardsale of the season and got my grandson a 3 wheeled scooter for $3.00, I thought that was good. Happy Yard Saleing!!!
